Messaging is the service responsible for sending analytical objects shared via Whatsapp and Telegram.
Observação:
Sharing via Telegram is under development and will soon be made available to all users of the platform.
Activating the messaging
For you to send/receive analytical objects via Whatsapp or Telegram, you must enable the messaging service on your user, to do so:
In the upper left corner, click on your profile picture:
Find the "My Profile" option:
With the "My Profile" menu open, look for the "Messaging" option
Note:
To perform sharing via Whatsapp, the account responsible for your project must have the Whatsapp API Add-on contracted.
Adding a phone number
After enabling messaging, you need a phone number so that you can send/receive analytic objects via Whatsapp or Telegram. To do this:
In the same "My Profile" menu, look for the "Phone" field:
Then just select the country of origin, add a valid number and click "Save".
